abstract | A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of viral diseases contains at least one conjugate of albumin with a compound of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which R1 and R2 and/or R3 and R4 and/or R5 and R6 and/or R7 and R8 either are hydrogen or else R1 and R2 and/or R7 and R8 are each together a C-C single bond, and/or R3 and R4 together with R5 and R6 are a C-C double bond, it being necessary for at least one C-C single or C-C double bond to be present, R9 and R10 are each either CH3 or -CH(OH)CH3, and R11 and R12 are each H or a compound of the formula II <IMAGE> which is bonded in the ortho position to the nitrogen heteroatom to the compound of the formula I, in which R' is H or acetyl, and, where appropriate, further customary vehicles and additives. |
