titleOfInvention MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY TO INHIBIT THE INFECTION OF CELLS BY HIV VIRUSES
abstract The monoclonal antibody 30F16H5T4-MK, which can be obtained from the hybridoma cell line ECACC 88050502, is used to inhibit the infection by HIV and SIV viruses of cells with a CD4-protein on their surface. A drug for preventing infection by HIV viruses and/or the spreading of viruses in the body after infection contains the monoclonal antibody 30F16H5, optionally with the usual pharmaceutical carrier substances and additives.
