abstract | The invention relates to substituted 3-amino-3,4-dihydro- carbostyrils, of the general formula (I) <IMAGE> in which R<1> is a branched or unbranched alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a cycloalkylmethyl group; R<2> is a hydrogen atom, a branched or unbranched alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, which can optionally be substituted by halogen or a phenyl group optionally substituted by at least one lower alkyl group or haloalkyl group, or an acylmethyl group; R<3> is a branched or unbranched alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, which can optionally be substituted by halogen, or a halogen atom, their racemates and optically active forms and their acid addition salts. The compounds can be prepared by methylation on the amide nitrogen or amino nitrogen and are CNS-active. |
