The invention relates to a process for the recovery of halohydrocarbons from closed-cell polyisocyanate polyaddition products containing halohydrocarbons in a suitable appliance by comminution of the cellular polyaddition products, which expediently possess a pressure resistance of greater than 100 kPa, and isolation of the liberated volatile halohydrocarbons by direct condensation or adsorption with subsequent regeneration of the adsorbing agent with recovery of the halohydrocarbons. |
