titleOfInvention COCCIDIOCIDE MEDIUM.
abstract Coccidiocidal compositions contain (I) a polyether antibiotic, selected from salinomycine, narasine, and their physiologically compatible salts and esters, and (II) one or more of the following: meticlorpindol, methyl benzoquate, nicarbazine, amprolium, beclotiamine, or halofuginon or its salt. Calimed compsns. are (i) salinomycine with meticlorpindol or methyl benzoquate (ii) salinomycine or narasine with amprolium and ethopabate. The weight ratios of (I):(II) are as follows: where (II) = meticlorpindol 5:1-1:25; (II) = methyl benzoquate 100:1-1:3; (II) = nicarbazine 6:1-1:15; (II) = halofugnon 160:1-3:1; (II) = meticlorpindol + methyl benzoquate 20:1-1:20; (II) = amprolium 1:1-1:5; (II) = beclotiamine 1:1-1:5; (II) = amprolium + ethopabate 1:1-1:5.
