abstract Compsn. contains mainly (A) = silyl-contg.-vinyl polymers having having a main chain consisting of vinyl type polymer chain, and an end or side chain having at least 1 silicon atiom bonded with a hydrolytic gp. i 1 mol.; (B) = amino-contg.-silicone cpds.; (C) = hydrolytic ester cpds.; and (D) = inorganic pigments. (A) has pref. polymerisable organic silane of e.g. gamma-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane, vinyl trimethoxy silane, etc., and pref. vinyl monomers of e.g. styrene, methyl acrylic acid, methyl, methacrylic acid etc. (B) is e.g. gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane, gamma-amino propyl tri-ethoxysilane, etc. (C) is e.g. ortho-formic acid methyl, methyl trimethoxy silane, etc. and (D) is e.g. silicas, calcium carbonate, aluminium oxide, talc, carbon black, etc.
