Fusion proteins are disclosed having the formula (I) H2N-Z1-X-(Pro-Y-Gly)n-Pro-Z2-COOH, in which n >/= 2, X and Y are each of the 20 amino-acids determined by the genetic code, Z1 is a bacterial amino-acid sequence and Z2 is the target peptide composed of any desired amino-acids of the genetic code. Also disclosed are their production process and their enzymatic cleavage to form desired eukaryotic proteins. |
