titleOfInvention METHOD FOR REDUCING ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS COMPONENTS IN SMOKE GAS AND PRODUCT FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD
abstract In order to reduce the quantity of nitrous gases formed by combustion in refuse disposal plants, there is added to the combustion process, in addition to fuel and combustion air, a basic reacting material which contains hydroxide and/or oxide of alkali earth metal and/or alkali metal with a microscopically crackled surface structure in which there is absorbed an inflammable oil such that the weight relationship between the basic component and the oil component in the additive material is between 1:6 and 3:2.
