Process for preparing an open-pored porous material, in which a dispersion is formed by vigorous stirring of a mixture comprising a main constituent, a hardener of the polyamide type, a filler material and water, this dispersion is cast in a water-impervious mould and the dispersion, still containing water, is cured. The main constituent is an epoxy resin of the type derived from bisphenol, to which one or a number of reactive diluents have been added, each containing one or more epoxide rings per molecule, in quantities of 18 to 50 % by weight per 100 % by weight of the epoxy resin of the type derived from bisphenol. |
