abstract The present invention relates to the use of products which are obtained by the pulping of wood flour with molten urea or by reacting polyols with molten urea, as an additive for aqueous MDI- or PMDI-adhesive emulsions; adhesive emulsions of this kind with an additive are used for the production of test chipboards whose physico-mechanical properties are compared with those of test chipboards which have been produced with comparable adhesive emulsions but without an additive.
