abstract Tissue-type-plasminogen activator (t-PA) mutants comprising at least one kringle domain K2 and/or at least one finger domain (F), including modified forms, having equiv. or improved binding strength and/or binding selectivity towards fibrin, are new. They either lack part of the natural molecule or contain at least 2 K2 and/or F domains. Recombinant genetic information in the form of DNA, single-strand DNA or double-strand DNA coding for t-PA mutants as defined above, is new. Recombinant cloning and/or expression vector, esp. a plasmid, comprising a cloning and/or expression vehicle having the recombinant genetic information defined above inserted in it is new. Micro-organism or cell culture transformed by a vector as defined above is new.
