abstract Aq. anionic dispersions contain: (a) 5-25% of a prod. contg. Ar(NHCOOCH2CH2(CF2)nCF2Y)2 (I), where Ar = tolylene, n = 5-15 and Y = H or F, obtd. by reacting YCF2(CF2)nCH2CH2OH (II) with tolylene diisocyanate in 1.8-2:1 molar ratio in the presence of 2-5% N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) based on (II); (b) 1-14% of an emulsifier of formula YCF2(CF2)pCH2CH2OC(O)-NHCH2CH2SSO3X (III), where p = 5-15 and X is a monovalent cation; (c) 1-14% of a nonionic emulsifier of formula YCF2(CF2)qCH2CH2(OCH2CH2)rOH (IV), where q = 5-15 and r = 0-10; and (d) 5-30% of a solvent. The total amt. of (b)+(c) is 2-15%. Component (a) is also claimed as a new prod.
