abstract | In the case of a device for cooling optoelectronic components (1), having an evacuated cooler housing which is mounted on a base plate and in which at least one holding device for the components (1), which device is thermally coupled to the cold station of a cooling machine via at least one flexible metal strip (19), and at least one window are provided, the housing of the cooling machine is connected to the cooler housing, such that it is sealed with respect to atmospheric pressure, via a flexible hose in order to provide vibration decoupling. The at least one holding device (8), which is thermally coupled by means of a flexible metal strip (19) to a cold station, which projects into the cooler housing, of the refrigerator has a holding board (17) which is arranged at one end of a thin-walled hollow body, which is essentially prismatic or cylindrical and consists of a material which conducts heat badly, especially epoxy resin panels (9, 10, 11, 12). That end of the epoxy resin boards (9, 10, 11, 12) which is opposite the holding board (17) is rigidly mounted on the base plate of the cooler housing via a metallic base plate (13). <IMAGE> |
