The invention relates to a substituted hydrocarbon compound of the general formula <IMAGE> in which Z denotes either -SO3 or -CO2, and R<1> and R<2> are alkyl, alkoxyalkyl or polyalkoxyalkyl radicals having at least 10 carbon atoms in the main chain, and R<3> is a hydrocarbon radical which can be identical or different, and R<4> either has no meaning or is a C1- to C5-ethylene radical, where in the group <IMAGE> the carbon-carbon bond can either be (a) an ethylenically unsaturated bond if A and B are alkyl, alkenyl or substituted hydrocarbon radicals, or (b) part of a cyclic structure which is aromatic, polynuclear aromatic or cycloaliphatic. |
