IMMUNO ASSAY METHOD AND REAGENT FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION |
abstract |
The immunoassay reagent contains microcapsules which are in each case labelled on the surface either with an antigen or with an antibody and contain a material which is able, when released into a reaction solution, to bring about an optical change, as well as a metal salt which liberates its metal ions which are able to disrupt the membrane of the microcapsules during the course of the immunological reaction in the absence of complement. |
