titleOfInvention IMMUNO ASSAY METHOD AND REAGENT FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION
abstract The immunoassay reagent contains microcapsules which are in each case labelled on the surface either with an antigen or with an antibody and contain a material which is able, when released into a reaction solution, to bring about an optical change, as well as a metal salt which liberates its metal ions which are able to disrupt the membrane of the microcapsules during the course of the immunological reaction in the absence of complement.
