abstract A conveyor device for nuclear fuel powder (5) which does not segregate during conveying has a conveyor tube (2) which proceeds with its inlet end from the base of a closed storage tank (4) and opens at the top with its outlet end into a closed separator tank (6), which is connected to a suction pump (16) via a powder filter (23), and in which by alternately opening and closing in a synchronised way a first control valve (10) which is mounted on the conveyor tube (2) on a feed stub (9) for conveyor gas, and a second control valve (12), which is mounted on the storage tank (4) on an additional feed stub (11) for conveyor gas, plugs (19) of nuclear fuel powder and cushions (19) of conveyor gas are alternately formed and are transported to the outlet end of the conveyor tube (2). <IMAGE>
