titleOfInvention | NEW SULFONYLAMINOAETHYL COMPOUNDS, MEDICINAL PRODUCTS CONTAINING THESE COMPOUNDS AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF |
abstract | The invention relates to novel sulphonylaminoethyl compounds of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R1 denotes a phenyl group which is optionally mono- or disubstituted by a methyl group or a halogen atom, where the substituents can be identical or different, a biphenylyl group optionally substituted by a halogen atom, or a naphthyl, pyridyl or thienyl group, R2 denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, A denotes a methylene or methylenoxy group, where the oxygen atom is linked to the adjacent radical B, B denotes a phenylene or naphthylene group and E denotes a hydroxycarbonyl or alkoxycarbonyl group bonded via a straight-chain or branched alkylene or alkenylene group, where in each case one methylene group of the abovementioned alkylene or alkenylene radicals, which must be linked to the radical B, is replaced by a hydroxymethylene or carbonyl group, or denotes a 4,5-dihydropyridazin-3-one-6-yl group which is optionally substituted in the carbon skeleton by 1 or 2 alkyl groups, and their salts with inorganic or organic bases, if E contains a hydroxycarbonyl group. The novel compounds have useful pharmacological properties, in particular antithrombotic effects; they are additionally thromboxane antagonists, and can be prepared by processes known per se. |
