abstract | Novel, antitumour-active salts of oxazaphosphorine derivatives of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R1, R2 and R3, which can be identical to or different from one another, are hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, 2-chloroethyl or 2-methanesulphonyloxyethyl and at the same time at least two of these radicals are 2-chloroethyl and/or 2-methanesulphonyloxyethyl and A is the group -S-alk-SO3H or -N(OH)-CONH-alk-CO2H and alk is a C2-C6-alkylene radical optionally containing a mercapto group, with homocysteine thiolactone or alpha -amino- epsilon -caprolactam or a basic compound of the formula <IMAGE> in which R4 is a hydroxy group, an amino group or a C1-C6-alkoxy group, R5 is hydrogen or a difluoromethyl group, R6 denotes hydrogen, a 3-indolylmethyl radical, 4-imidazolylmethyl radical or an optionally substituted C1-C10-alkyl group or in which R6, together with the structural moiety > CR5(NR7R8), forms the proline residue, the 4-hydroxyproline residue or 2-oxo-3-amino-3-difluoromethylpiperidine and the radicals R7 and R8 are hydrogen or C1-C6-alkyl radicals. |
