titleOfInvention | POWDERED QUICK TIE OR TORCRETE AGENT |
abstract | Pulverulent quick-setting binders or torcreting agents which do not evolve dust and have no caustic action. In the building sector such as, for example, in tunnelling or mining, quick-setting binders or torcreting agents are used together with cement and sand or gravel for consolidating rock or loose rock. During processing, these materials evolve dust and thereby lead to caustic effects. To overcome these disadvantages, it is suggested to cause the relevant quick-setting binders or torcreting agents to be absorbed in the liquid form by kieselguhr, whereby dust evolution and hence caustic effects are prevented. |
