titleOfInvention COLD-DELAYED CEMENTS
abstract The invention describes cements which, in place of the normally used calcium sulphate, contain acidic alkali metal salts and alkaline earth metal salts of phosphoric acid and diphosphoric acid as setting retarders. Such cements are obtained by adding the said phosphoric acid salts in quantities of 0.5-5%, preferably 1-3%, calculated as P2O5, to the clinker meal or to the mixtures of clinker meal with metallurgical sand, fly ash or trass. Mortars or concretes produced from such cements do not have a corrosive action on the steel reinforcement even after long periods in use.
