A meat-containing complete food product having a balanced nutritional value made of comminuted meat and cereals or cereal flour, and, possibly, ingredients of milk, egg and spices, which is characterised in that it contains 5-20% by weight of protein 5-28% by weight of carbohydrates and fibre 15-42% by weight of fat 36-59% by weight of water based on the final product, in a homogeneous distribution, represents an extruded product and is present in a portioned, cooked form, and a process for the production thereof. The complete food products are suitable, particularly in breaded form, as a physiologically balanced fast food. |
