abstract The invention relates to novel allylamines of the general formula <IMAGE> in which a) R1 represents a group of the formula <IMAGE> and R2 represents hydrogen or a lower alkyl group, R3 represents hydrogen or a lower alkyl group, R4 represents a cycloalkylalkyl group, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or an alkynyl group, R5 represents hydrogen or a lower alkyl group and R6 represents an aromatic five-membered heterocycle which contains oxygen, sulphur and nitrogen one or more times as hetero atoms and which can optionally be substituted by halogen, the hydroxyl group, or a lower alkyl or lower alkoxy group, or represents a group of the formula <IMAGE> or b) R3 and R4 form a (CH2)1-8 group and R1, R3, R5 and R 6 are as defined in a), R7 to R18 representing various substituents, and their acid addition salts, and to a process for the preparation of these organic compounds and their acid addition salts, and to their use as pharmaceuticals.
