abstract Plastic compositions for the production of plastic facing sheets should be sufficiently elastic and reliably bondable, and in addition fire prevention demands are made. It has been found that plastic compositions which allow both the production of a plastic facing sheet and the preparation of an adhesive for these facings can be produced on a vinyl basis with addition of plasticisers, the necessary elasticity and flame resistance being achieved by employing as plasticisers, chlorinated alkyl compounds and/or organic phosphoric acid esters. The structure of the facings is achieved by structure-forming additives, added fibres preventing the facings cracking when bent around tight corners.
