A bag for medical applications comprises a laminate which contains (i) an inner layer of low-density polyethylene (ii) an intermediate layer of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-propylene elastomer or ethylene-1-butene elastomer, and (iii) an outer layer of low-density polyethylene. This bag has excellent hygienic properties, flexibility, transparency and heat resistance and is therefore suitable as a container for blood and various medical fluids. |
