7 (ALPHA) -ALKOXYCARBONYL-3-OXO-17 (ALPHA) -PREGN-4-EN-21,17-CARBOLACTONE AND THEIR 21-CARBONIC ACID SALTS, METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF AND PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS CONTAINING THEM |
abstract |
7 alpha -Alkoxycarbonyl-3-oxo-17 alpha -pregn-4-ene-21,17-carbolactones and their 21-carboxylic acid salts of the general formula I
are described, in which R is an alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms
is a CC single or CC double bond or the group
and
is a CC single bond or the group
where at least one 1 alpha ,2 alpha - or 15 alpha ,16 alpha -methylene group must be present, and X is the group
where M is an alkali metal. The compounds of the general formula I have a strong antialdosterone action and low antiandrogenic side effects. |
