abstract |
Photoconductive recording element having a base (substrate, backing) for a photoconductive recording element and an amorphous layer. The amorphous layer has a layer structure which comprises a first layer region composed of an amorphous material containing silicon atoms and germanium atoms and a second layer region composed of an amorphous material containing silicon atoms and exhibiting photoconductivity. The first and the second layer regions are provided consecutively, proceeding from the base side. |
