abstract | The invention relates to polymeric β-ketoamides which are prepared by reacting a) polyethyleneimines with diketenes of long-chain fatty acids, 0.1 to 1 mol of the diketene being used for 1 mol of the primary and secondary amino groups in the polyethyleneimine. These polymeric β-ketoamides, like β-ketoamides, which are obtained by reacting piperazine, 1- (2-aminoethyl) piperazine and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane with long-chain diketenes, are used as agents for stabilizing polyalkylene glycol esters of saturated C10-C22- Fatty acids used to prevent unesterified fatty acids from crystallizing out. |
