titleOfInvention Evaporator arrangement for refrigeration systems, in particular for underground operations
abstract Evaporator arrangement for refrigeration systems, especially for underground operations, with a tubular injection evaporator and an upstream expansion valve. A halogenated refrigerant on the one hand and water as a heat transfer medium on the other hand can be introduced into the tube injection evaporator. The evaporated refrigerant is withdrawn from the tube injection evaporator. A pre-evaporator is arranged between the expansion valve and the tubular injection evaporator. This is also a tube evaporator. Water is fed to the pre-evaporator as a heat transfer medium. The arrangement is such that the refrigerant evaporates to a foam-like consistency in the pre-evaporator. This is done in such a way that all tubes in the tube injection evaporator are uniformly applied. For this purpose, a regulator is provided, into which a pressure difference measured between the inlet and outlet of the refrigerant in the tube injection evaporator can be introduced as an actual value, while a predetermined setpoint can be set on the regulator.
