abstract | A highly sensitive electrophotographic recording material is described for producing sharp copies of images with repeated use. It consists of an electrically conductive substrate with an applied photosensitive photoconductive layer and a protective layer thereon for the photoconductive layer, the photosensitive layer containing an organic photoconductor and the protective layer containing amorphous silicon carbide or amorphous silicon nitride with a hydrogen atom and / or a fluorine atom. A method for producing electrostatic latent images and an electrophotographic method using the described electrophotographic recording materials are also described. |
