abstract The invention is based on a dietetic product having phospholipids, in particular lecithin; the object of the invention is to propose a dietetic product by which phospholipids can be supplied in an essential form and in a sufficient amount to the internal systems of humans. For this purpose, the dietetic product contains, in addition to the phospholipids, free fatty acids and/or fatty oils which have high contents of polyunsaturated fatty acids, the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids - based on the total fatty acid content - being in total at least 50 %. The fatty oils or the unsaturated fatty acids can be provided individually or in a mixture.
