titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING A BUILDING MATERIAL FOR FLOOR SCREED AND THE BUILDING MATERIAL PRODUCED THEREOF
abstract A building material mix according to the invention for a floor screed both for the construction of dwellings and for industrial floors contains sand as the basic constituent and a binder as well as water. To enhance its sliding ability, a small quantity of talc is added to this building material mix. In addition to talc, a melamine resin, in particular a modified melamine resin, can also be added as a flow agent. By means of these additives, good flowability and hence processability of the screed mortar can be achieved with, at the same time, a lower proportion of water. The reduced proportion of water has, furthermore, also the advantage that the specific strength of the screed is increased.
