titleOfInvention Vinylidene fluoride polymer compositions
abstract The invention provides a vinylidene fluoride resin composition containing 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a glycidyl (meth) acrylate resin per 100 parts by weight of the vinylidene fluoride resin. Said glycidyl (meth) acrylate resin is a polymer made up of at least one of the monomeric starting materials glycidyl acrylate and glycidyl methacrylate, or it is a copolymer made up of a monomer selected from the group consisting of methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate and ethyl methacrylate, and at least a representative of the two monomers glycidyl acrylate and glycidyl methacrylate. The resin compositions have improved heat stability and electrical properties, and they are immune to adverse discoloration.
