titleOfInvention Electrophotographic recording material
abstract The electrophotographic recording material consists of a photoconductor double layer which is applied to an electrically conductive layer support. The lower sub-layer on the substrate consists of a compound of arsenic, sulfur and selenium of the general formula z A ↓ 2S ↓ 3 (1-z) As ↓ 2Se ↓ 3 with z values in the range 0.01 z 0.95. The upper sub-layer above consists of As ↓ 2 ↓ - ↓ xBi ↓ xSe ↓ 3 or As ↓ 2Se ↓ 3 ↓ - ↓ yTe ↓ y. The recording material is highly sensitive both in the visible spectral range and in the IR range and can therefore also be used for recording with solid-state laser diode radiation. It shows only little fatigue in cyclical operation.
