A multicore flat cable as is normally used for connection of electronic equipment is employed as field coil for the magnetic field therapy according to Kraus-Lechner. The cores of the flat cable are connected in series and/or in parallel in a manner such that optimum adaptation to the output impedance of the associated alternating current source is obtained. Other embodiments of the field coil comprise a flat, flexible conductive cord located in an insulation, preferably made of a woven hose, and an intertube transformer connectable to the generator. Yet another embodiment comprises flexible, film-like supports with spiral flat coils. <IMAGE> |
