titleOfInvention | ARRANGEMENT FOR QUALITATIVE DETECTION OF A SPECIFIC ENZYME |
abstract | For the qualitative detection of discrete, especially electrophoretically isolated enzymes, preferably in electropherograms, substances which can be converted by the enzyme to be detected are dissolved, where appropriate with substances bringing about secondary reactions, and with an indicator which specifically detects at least one of the reaction products, and are contacted with the enzymes to be analyzed. To save on the expenditure this involves, a solution having the substances in optimal ratios is placed on a plurality of carriers which are preserved by deep freezing until used. The lowest temperatures required for the preservation can be reduced by additional lyophilisation so that transport and storage are facilitated. <IMAGE> |
