Materials based on synthetic resins which can be used for painting are described which are prepared from still-reactive paint waste which is produced during painting and, after substantial removal of the liquid constituents, is mixed at low temperature with additives in an amount of from 5 to 90% by weight and is cured. These materials preferably contain vibration-damping materials, for example expanded clay, and can be used, in particular, as soundproofing or panelling materials in or on motor vehicles. |
