titleOfInvention "Process for the preparation of a polysaccharide derivative of fibrinolysin"
abstract The present invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a process for the production of a polysaccharide derivative of fibrinolysin. The process according to the invention consists in reacting fibrinolysin with dialdehyde dextran of molecular weight 20,000 to 110,000 at a pH of 8.0 to 9.5 and a temperature of 5 to 30 ° C., reducing the polysaccharide derivative of fibrinolysin which is formed with sodium borohydride and isolated. The polysaccharide derivative of fibrinolysin obtained has a thrombolytic activity with a prolonged activity and is used in medicine.
