abstract |
Mixing alkaline earth metal carbonate powder with an adhesive and then forming an adhesive layer by one of the conventional coating methods eliminates the problem of transferring the catalyst for electroless plating during or after the masking step. The use of the above powder also prevents the formation of bubbles under the plating film due to the flame retardant contained in the insulating substrate. |
