Compounds of the formula (1) are described <IMAGE> in which: R<1> is unsubstituted or substituted phenylalkyl, thienylalkyl or naphthylalkyl or cinnamyl; R<2> is a hydrogen atom or is methyl or alkyl, substituted by alkoxy or -COOH; W is alkylene; X is cis- or trans-CH=CH- or -CH2CH2-; and Y is a saturated, heterocyclic amino group having 5 to 8 ring members; and their salts and solvates. These compounds inhibit blood-platelet aggregation and bronchoconstriction and can be formulated for use as antithrombotic and antiasthmatic agents. |
