abstract The present invention relates to ophthalmology, especially to homografts for lamellar keratoplasty. According to the invention, the homograft proposed represents a piece of tendinous tissue in the form of sections having a thickness of 50 to 300 mu m. The present invention is applied in ophthalmological practice for lamellar keratoplasty in different types of keratitis, ulcers, abscesses, dystrophy of the cornea, clouding, pterygium, pseudopterygium, burns, trophic injuries, wounds, growths and dermoids of the cornea.
