titleOfInvention | "IMMUNOTHERAPEUTIC AGENT, SUITABLE AGAINST TURMOR, CONTAINING A LIPOPOLYSACCHARID AS AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT" |
abstract | Immunossimulant contains as effective component lipopolysaccharide where polysaccharide chain in arabinomannane is obtd. by extracting Mycobacterium tuberculosis Aoyama B strain or Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain with hot water and purifying the extract. The content of a fatty acid in ester bond is 1-28%. Alternatively the effective component lipopolysaccharide is of fatty acid content of 1-28% where fatty acid is bonded in a suitable ratio to the arabinomannane. Or the fatty acid is further bonded in a suitable ratio to lipopolysaccharide bonded with fatty acid in ester bond. Fatty acid is a residue of palmitic, myristic, stearic, tubercurostearic, heptadecanoic, oleic or linolic acids. The saccharide compsn. is arabinose 30-74%, mannose 20-50%, glucose 0-10%, galactose 0-13%. Method is an immunostiluent used as anti-cancer remedy. |
