abstract Supporting-bandage material, self-hardening in the presence of moisture, is packed under moisture exclusion and consists of an air-permeable flexible carrier, impregnated and/or coated with an at least 2 NCO gp.-contg. cpd. (I). Novelty consists in storing the self-hardening material in an O2-free air-tight packing. The bandages can surround the body pt. to be protected or can be used as splints. The storage-stability of bandages is improved also at higher temps., e.g. to over 3 years at 23 deg.C and 10 months at 40 deg.C.
