| abstract | The transformer has the radially outermost windings of the different phases encapsulated in a single insulating body(15). A protective wall(21, 22) is located at the top and the bottom of the insulating body. An upper cover(23) covers the top of the upper yoke (4) and its edge is bent around the upper protective wall(21) to prevent rain entering. The space between the upper protective wall and the bent edge(25) of the cover and the space between the lower protective wall and the side(30) of a base plate(29) each contain netting(27, 31). At least one of the protective walls is fitted to the outer sheath of the insulating body. |
