titleOfInvention | PERCARBONATE BLENDER POWDER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME |
abstract | The compsn. is prepd. by spraying soda ash particles Na2CO3 with aq. H2O2 soln. at 35-70 degrees C to produce a compsn. contg. enough Na percarbonate to provide 1-6 wt% available oxygen, the rest being Na2CO3. The compsn. has better storage stability than mixtures of particulate Na carbonate and Na percarbonate and does not separate, as each particle contains regions of the two cpds. Na percarbonate dissolves rapidly and the available oxygen is quickly released. |
