The exercise machine for the back, arms, legs and bottom muscles, consists of a framework or stand (1, 2, 3). The stand consists of a vertical bar (1) on the top of which is an angled pelvis support (5). Fixed to the bar (1) is a support which can be adjustable in height and is for an angled knee rest (6). The bar (1) has an additional support (10) for a chest frame rest (11). The support (10) for the chest frame (11) support is in the form of a horizontally adjustable telescopic tube (10A, - 10B) with a locking piece (10C). The knee rest support (9) consists of a bar which is held by a bar (8) fixed at an acute angle to the frame, and going through the knee rest (6). A back pad (15) support (14) is fixed to the upright bar (1), and has a locking mechanism (16). |
