titleOfInvention | DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT TESTS WITH MICROORGANISMS |
abstract | A tube is inserted into a pipette for taking up the test medium. The external dia. of the front of the tube, facing the neck of the pipette, is at least as large as the internal dia. of the neck. The length of the tube is proportioned so that the other front is sealed off with the surface of the test medium or projects above it. An aerobic and an anaerobic test can take place simultaneously, e.g. using a Pasteur pipette fitted with a capillary tube. |
