Indole derivs. of formula (I) and thier physiologically acceptable salts are new: (Ind = 1-R4-2-R5-indol-3-yl, opt. substd. in the benzene ring by 1-3 alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, OH, F, Cl, Br, CF3 and/or CN; A is (CH2)4, (CH2)3CO or CO(CH2)2CO; R1 = H or methyl; R2 and R3 are each H, or together form a C-C bond; R4 and R5 = H, alkyl or phenyl; Ar = phenyl opt. substd. by 1 or 2, same or different, alkyl, F, Cl, Br, I or CF3; alkyl gps. have 1-4C). (I) have CNS, esp. dopamine-stimulating and serotonin-uptake inhibiting, activities. They are also analgesics and intermediates for other pharmaceuticals. |
