abstract The compsn. is based on a mixt. of low-mol. (poly)olefinic cpd(s). (I) and compatible organic polymeric binder(s) (II) contg. a photoinitiator. The novelty is that the compsn. contains 0.001-0.1 wt. % homogeneously dispersed 1-12C-alkyl-thio-anthraquinone (III) and pref. also 0.01-1 wt. % of an organic tert. amine (IV) or an aromatic alpha-ketocarboxylic acid (V) or its 1-18 C-alkyl ester or 0.02-2 wt. % of an organic N-nitrosohydroxylamine salt (VI). The relief structure is improved by reducing undesired polymerisable in the complete shadow of fine opaque image elements, with simultaneous favourable exposure latitude and without impairing the speed.
