abstract | Paste activator compsn. whose addition to anhydrite material (water-free CaSO4) can be measured out exactly are based on a sulphate activator, a hydrophilic material and water. The anhydrite is employed in the prodn. of barriers, casing and pillars and the filling of cavities. Pref. the sulphate activator is Fe sulphate, K2SO4, Na2SO4 or their mixts. Pref. the hydrophilic material is loam, clay or bentonite, and is 5-20 wt.% of the activator. Pref. the compsn. contains 0.3-2 wt.% of a growth-promoting agent, e.g. potassium sulphite and/or sodium chloride. Paste, storage-stable activator compsns. contg. a high concn. of activator are produced which allow an accurate addition of activator to anhydrite. |
