titleOfInvention TITANIUM BRAKE PADS FOR THE BRAKE SHOES OF ALL KINDS OF AGRICULTURAL VEHICLES, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL FULL-CHAIN VEHICLES, AIRCRAFT
abstract The brake pads made from titanium are used in ground vehicles of all kinds, track laying military and commercial vehicles and aircraft. The pads can be used with a narrow braking gap so that the brakes have rapid application response to actuation. A titanium layer is placed on the surface of brake pad which acts as a flexible element which prevents scoring of the brake drum contact face. The braking heat is reducted and titanium layer, owing to its high melting point, is able to resist heating and it dissipates heat rapidly.
